Kim is a digital marketer and a revenue & reputation management strategist with approximately 20 years of hospitality experience in Asia. Throughout that time, she actively gains new knowledge in the hospitality world and continuously engages with new and existing clients to grow their business.
The VP of Strategic Sales & Account Management in the Asia Pacific region for D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, Kim’s overall responsibilities include the development and execution of sales strategies as well as to oversee the management of existing accounts.
Kim has held leadership roles in international hotels solution providers and has successfully collaborated with leading hotel chains globally.
Country Manager, Indonesia
Venny Wong is the Country Manager, Indonesia. She is responsible for developing the region of Indonesia for D-EDGE. Prior to her current position, she has more than ten years of experience in account management, revenue optimisation, PMS & hotel sales system, sales, trainer and IT. During her tenure with MICROS-Fidelio, she has gained vast network experience with many International hotel chains.
Account Manager & Hotel Ad Specialist
Zac is currently an Account Manager and Hotel Ads Specialist at Google. In this role, Zac manages the accounts and relationships for some of the largest hoteliers and OTAs in Southeast Asia, Japan, and India. Prior to Google, Zac spent 5 years as a management consultant and has worked on with some of the largest companies in Southeast Asia on topics ranging from market entry to mergers and acquisitions. Zac holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge.
Director of Account Management
Rafica Hartopo Tjioekro is D-EDGE's Director of Account Manager for Indonesia. She works together with its clients to assist them to increase web performance and to drive conversion to the hotel’s website. Prior to joining D-EDGE, she was responsible for Revenue & Distribution at Accor Corporate MIS.
Regional Solutions Engineer, APAC
Ian currently practices Revenue Management with IDeaS Revenue Solutions as its Regional Solutions Engineer for the Asia Pacific. He helps organisations identify revenue opportunities to prescribe automated solutions that ultimately drive revenue. His work expands multiple verticals such as Hotels, Resorts, Hostels, Villas, Campgrounds, Casinos, Theme Parks, Car Parks, F&B and Function Space. He began his Revenue Management journey at Cesar Ritz Colleges in Switzerland before stints with International Luxury hotel chains.
With 20 years’ experience in the tourism industry, Ivan is a seasoned hospitality professional. He first started to work with SE Asia in 2006 before moving permanently to Bangkok in 2010. Since then, he has been leading various projects in the travel sector in APAC, both offline and online. In 2017, Ivan joined The Hotels Network to head up sales in APAC. His role involves working closely with hoteliers to optimise website conversion and increase both direct bookings and ADR.
Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
With over 12 years of experience in the Fintech, E-Payment, Bank and E-Commerce industry as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, Bowo is responsible for managing the payment gateway services and solutions Sales Team in Indonesia for AsiaPay Limited. He also supports Local Business Development and projects in this market. Prior to AsiaPay, he was the Branch Manager in PT Bimasakti Multi Sinergi focusing on three main business – OTA, E-Commerce and Retail Payment.
