Tamer Baker recently joined TrustYou last year, the world’s largest guest feedback platform, as Director of Enterprise Sales UK, Ireland, and Nordics. Tamer is responsible for all hotel chains in enterprise level in these regions. His goal is to introduce and educate hoteliers about the TrustYou platform with the idea of helping them save time, operate smoother with a dynamic progress and gain more revenue! Prior he worked for Tripadvisor as Business Development Lead. He oversaw the EMEA regions to create new business for leading software solutions such as Solarwinds, Redhat, Acronis, Novell for CMS Distribution. He has led his UK team for the hotel investigation project globally by TripAdvisor, where investigators visited the hotels agreed or undercover to shoot photos of the hotels in detail and interviewed the GMs. Tamer has an extensive experience in hospitality and knows the different requirements and needs of hotel chains in great detail, as he held different management positions in various hotels.
