In 2001, Pierre-Charles Grob started his career with Accor in New York, where he contributed to the creation of the marketing department in North America for the Sofitel and Novotel brands. While still in New York, he joined the Monaco Tourist Office to promote this destination and its luxury hotels. Returning to Europe, Pierre-Charles was first at the Monte-Carlo SBM Group in various roles – sales, marketing and e-distribution; and subsequently joined FASTBOOKING in 2010. He began by leading revenue optimisation for the company and rose rapidly to manage operations in Europe thereafter. In 2014 Pierre-Charles was D-EDGE’s Director for Asia, based in Singapore for four years. Since July 2018, he assumes the role of CEO for D-EDGE and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s performance.

Zac is currently an Account Manager and Hotel Ads Specialist at Google. In this role, Zac manages the accounts and relationships for some of the largest hoteliers and OTAs in Southeast Asia, Japan, and India. Prior to Google, Zac spent 5 years as a management consultant and has worked on with some of the largest companies in Southeast Asia on topics ranging from market entry to mergers and acquisitions. Zac holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cambridge.
Traffic Acquisition Manager
Oliver Shih is a Digital Marketing Specialist whose focus is on driving Ad campaigns which drive ROI. He gained his expertise in France working with start-ups, agencies and e-commerce websites companies and thereafter moved to Asia to start an entrepreneurship journey. He joined D-EDGE as its Traffic Acquisition Manager assisting hotels to drive traffic and to increase their revenues.

Rachel Grier is the Area Vice President, Asia Pacific for IDeaS – A SAS COMPANY, responsible for growing IDeaS Asia business and enhancing the company’s leading brand reputation in the dynamic Asian hospitality sector.
Rachel possesses a combination of successful leadership experiences in enterprise software and hospitality sales and marketing. With more than two decades of experience, she has a record of growing businesses in the regional hospitality and travel sectors across a range of established and emerging markets in Asia, Pacific and the Middle East.
She was previously the Senior Vice President Sales, Asia Pacific and the Middle East for hotel central reservations leader Pegasus Solutions.

Kim is a digital marketer and a revenue & reputation management strategist with approximately 20 years of hospitality experience in Asia. Throughout that time, she actively gains new knowledge in the hospitality world and continuously engages with new and existing clients to grow their business.
The VP of Strategic Sales & Account Management in the Asia Pacific region for D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, Kim’s overall responsibilities include the development and execution of sales strategies as well as to oversee the management of existing accounts.
Kim has held leadership roles in international hotels solution providers and has successfully collaborated with leading hotel chains globally.
With 20 years’ experience in the tourism industry, Ivan is a seasoned hospitality professional. He first started to work with SE Asia in 2006 before moving permanently to Bangkok in 2010. Since then, he has been leading various projects in the travel sector in APAC, both offline and online. In 2017, Ivan joined The Hotels Network to head up sales in APAC. His role involves working closely with hoteliers to optimise website conversion and increase both direct bookings and ADR.

Miguel Anaya is the Regional Sourcing Director for APAC at Hotelbeds based in Singapore and currently heads all commercial aspects of the transaction between clients and hotel suppliers for the Hotelbeds. He was previously based in Dubai, where he was leading the sourcing team for the Middle East, India and Africa. Miguel has over 15 years of leadership experience in the industry, having performed different roles within Hotelbeds in several locations. This has helped him gain a wide knowledge of the B2B market and strong understanding to build and maintain solid and effective hotel partnerships.
