In 2001, Pierre-Charles Grob started his career with Accor in New York, where he contributed to the creation of the marketing department in North America for the Sofitel and Novotel brands. While still in New York, he joined the Monaco Tourist Office to promote this destination and its luxury hotels. Returning to Europe, Pierre-Charles was first at the Monte-Carlo SBM Group in various roles – sales, marketing and e-distribution; and subsequently joined FASTBOOKING in 2010. He began by leading revenue optimisation for the company and rose rapidly to manage operations in Europe thereafter. In 2014 Pierre-Charles was D-EDGE’s Director for Asia, based in Singapore for four years. Since July 2018, he assumes the role of CEO for D-EDGE and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s performance.

She builds and maintains solid, effective client relationships and has garnered a successful track record in assisting organisations position themselves profitably in this ever-changing technological environment.
Her motivation is derived from her sense of purpose which is to continuously boost confidence and build a strong tribe within the organisation. She builds high performing teams by providing clear directions, fostering collaboration and challenging status quo. She believes that when teams are connected and empowered, they will take ownership and lead the change, to propel the organisation forward.

Toshimitsu “Tom” Fukushima was appointed Representative Director of D-EDGE JAPAN K.K. in 2010.He started up D-EDGE JAPAN K.K as the subsidiary of D-EDGE France alone and expanded the number of hotel user clients to more than 400 with 10 team members. He served as Representative Director of WORLDHOTELS and Regional Manager of Pegasus Solutions in the past engaging Inbound/Outbound of hotel online business. He had achieved top sales record in Asia Pacific through the last position of General Manager and Area Sales Manager of Regus PLC Japan. He distinguished himself in the area of Sales, Marketing and PR.
Director, RWC 2019/ Tokyo 2020 Projects Section Global Projects Department
Currently the Deputy General Manager of Cross-Market Promotion Department of JNTO in charge of RWC 2019 and Tokyo 2020, Mr Suzuki was responsible for corporate sales, personal product sales in major travel agency and was also involved in tourism administration of multiple municipalities as its committee member - travel agent branch manager.

Jurgen has over 15 years of experience in creating and implementing Pricing and Revenue Management strategies in hotels. Currently, he takes care of enterprise accounts at IDeaS Revenue Management Solutions, based in Bangkok. Jurgen joined IDeaS from Pan Pacific Hotels where he lead the Revenue Management and Distribution functions and Shangri-La Hotels where he headed Revenue Management. Jurgen has also worked ten years in hotel operations. Jurgen is a graduate from Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands and holder of an MBA from the Brunel University of West London.

After holding positions as Sales and Marketing Director in Luxury International Hotels which are synonymous with the best in Venetian hotels, Francis Louis Passerini started his own Internet service company in 2002.
With over 25 years of experience within the hospitality and technology industry, Francis Louis is in charge of D-EDGE’s Web Studio Global Direction with business units in France, Italy, Singapore and Japan. He is also its Managing Director for Italy, Croatia, Middle East & Africa since 2005.
Francis dual role consists of overseeing the business development and to follow-up with customers with the main trends in Digital Distribution to improve their direct profitability. At the same time, he oversees and manages on all processes and development plans worldwide to provide the best services in Website Design & Development provided by D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions.
Francis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages at the University of Bologne and a Masters in Marketing for Tourism.
With 20 years’ experience in the tourism industry, Ivan is a seasoned hospitality professional. He first started to work with SE Asia in 2006 before moving permanently to Bangkok in 2010. Since then, he has been leading various projects in the travel sector in APAC, both offline and online. In 2017, Ivan joined The Hotels Network to head up sales in APAC. His role involves working closely with hoteliers to optimise website conversion and increase both direct bookings and ADR.
