With 27 years’ experience in the hospitality business, Carla Costa now stands at the forefront of tech solutions for hotels in Portugal. Highly energetic, Carla started her career as a Sales Manager at Holiday inn Crowne Plaza. Then she got poached by Choice Hotels for the market opening in Portugal and brought her skills for 8 years as a Director of Sales and Marketing. From 2005 to 2010 she worked for Hotusa Hotels as a contracting Manager, finally In 2013, Carla was approached by Availpro (now D-EDGE) to manage both Portuguese and Spanish sales teams and equip hotels in the whole Iberia with powerful technology tools to drive online distribution.
She started his career in the corporate department of Revenue Management at Mariott International in Frankfurt, in order to later collaborate with Optims in the implementation of solutions. In 2003 he founded his own consultancy, advising hotels on the implementation of Revenue processes, culture and technology Management, until he joined IDeaS Revenue Solutions as Sales Manager for Spain and Portugal. She also collaborates with universities and various organizations providing training. Patricia has a Bachelor degree in Law from ICADE, T.E.A.T. from the Official School of Tourism, and a Master's degree in Hotel Management from UPM and a Master degree in Online Marketing from UDIMA.
Emmanuel Richter is the Business Development Manager for Spain, Portugal, and LATAM of TrustYou, and has 13 years working in the Hospitality industry. Before this role, he lead the Tour Department of Costa Crociere on different ships and destinations. Graduated in Business Management and specialist in Marketing, he holds a master’s degree in Research from Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil. In his spare time, he enjoys reading Fiction Books and gourmet cooking with his family.
Clément is a Travel Vertical Search Specialist for the Southern European market at Google. Graduated from the Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and with more than 4 years of experience in digital performance management at Google, Clément’s mission is to make the Travel and Hospitality Industry more connected and help hoteliers to fully embrace the Digital Era.
After holding positions as Marketing Director for Hotel Plaza and Director of Sales and Marketing for Laguna Palace Hotel, both synonymous with the best in Venetian hotels, Francis Louis Passerini started his own Internet service company in 2002. In this role, he quickly partnered with FASTBOOKING by becoming the company’s sales representative in Italy before advancing to the role of Director of FASTBOOKING’s Italian subsidiary in 2005. Today, Francis is Managing Director Italy, Middle East and Africa.He is also directing Fastbooking global Web Studio. He is based in Venice. Francis is a graduate of the University of Bologne.
