Kim is a digital marketer and a revenue & reputation management strategist with approximately 20 years of hospitality experience in Asia. Throughout that time, she actively gains new knowledge in the hospitality world and continuously engages with new and existing clients to grow their business.
The VP of Strategic Sales & Account Management in the Asia Pacific region for D-EDGE Hospitality Solutions, Kim’s overall responsibilities include the development and execution of sales strategies as well as to oversee the management of existing accounts.
Kim has held leadership roles in international hotels solution providers and has successfully collaborated with leading hotel chains globally.

Jessie has many years of experience working in Sales, Marketing and Distribution. Before joining D-EDGE, she started her first job providing leading e-commerce technology products and services in Vietnam market. She has successfully built D-EDGE presence in Vietnam and Cambodia.

Hailey Le’s overall responsibilities in D-EDGE includes production and development for Vietnam and Cambodia markets. Prior to her current position, she has over seven years of experience in sales, marketing, account management, revenue optimisation and distribution with international hotel brands and OTAs. She has great passion for the online business.
Regional Sales Director
Russell’s on a mission to enable better data-driven decisions powered by revolutionary predictive analytics. Russell’s goal is to help regional chains, national chains, and independent hotels maximise revenue through optimal pricing and effective revenue management strategies. He spends most of his time curating and clarifying information to help hoteliers cut through endless noise, data, and facts to choose the best options available in the marketplace. For the past two years, Russell has worked as the Regional Sales Director for IDeaS Revenue Solutions – a SAS Company.
With 20 years’ experience in the tourism industry, Ivan is a seasoned hospitality professional. He first started to work with SE Asia in 2006 before moving permanently to Bangkok in 2010. Since then, he has been leading various projects in the travel sector in APAC, both offline and online. In 2017, Ivan joined The Hotels Network to head up sales in APAC. His role involves working closely with hoteliers to optimise website conversion and increase both direct bookings and ADR.

Rudee is a Senior Business Development Manager for TrustYou located in Bangkok. She is responsible for establishing TrustYou as the market leader in Thailand, Vietnam & Oceania and task to improve and increase awareness of TrustYou’s products in these markets. She has with her more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been with the company since 2018.
